Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms of subscription, credits, and cancellations for the services offered under Interview Ready by Oddmind Innovations (“Company”).
1. Subscription Validity
All subscriptions shall remain valid strictly for the duration of the subscription period as purchased (“Subscription Term”). Each Subscription Term shall commence on the date of purchase and shall remain in effect for thirty (30) days thereafter, unless otherwise specified.
2. Credits
Any additional interview credits purchased by a subscriber shall remain valid beyond the current Subscription Term and may be rolled over to subsequent months until fully utilized.
3. Cancellation of Subscription
The subscriber shall have the right to cancel their subscription at any time during the Subscription Term. Upon cancellation, the subscription shall remain active until the expiry of the Subscription Term and shall not renew automatically, unless expressly reactivated by the subscriber.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions shall renew automatically every thirty (30) days from the date of initial purchase, unless cancelled prior to renewal. The Company shall not be liable to provide any refund once the subscription has been renewed. In such event, the subscription shall remain active until the completion of the renewed Subscription Term and shall be cancelled thereafter.
5. Refunds
The Company follows a strict no-refund policy. Once a subscription or additional credits have been purchased, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, except where mandated by applicable law.
6. Modification of Policy
The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at its sole discretion. Subscribers shall be notified of material changes, and continued use of the services shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
